After almost 30 years in the personal and leadership development space, dare I say, I have a few things to say about what serves and works and what does not... from both a “being/mindset context” and a “doing/skill set context.”
When combined, these two domains create the impact we long to have with our good work.
Here’s what I know:
- I believe that we are all “leaders” and that we each have the ability to create positive impact and change.
- We must truly step into the consciousness – as well as embrace a skill set – that honors the “leadership” that lives in all of us.
- As a coach, to become an effective leader you must develop a combination of coaching skills, leadership qualities, and a deeper understanding of human behavior.
