Rick is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Master Certified Coach (MCC) as designated by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is a senior trainer for The Coaches Training Institute, a world-renown coach training and leadership development global organization.
Rick has a B.A. in Communications from Hope College in Michigan and an MFA from the University of Connecticut.
