Overview — The Bigger Game Workshop
Bigger Games are being played all over the world as a result of the Bigger Game workshop and training, and it is our greatest desire to have the Bigger Game reach every corner of the world. The word “Allies” is on the Bigger Game Board for a reason; we know we can’t do this without Allies. To that end, we have created two (2) structures that encourage you, our Allies, to spread the Bigger Game message around the world:
1. Share the Bigger Game. Anyone can share the Bigger Game Board & Descriptions with groups/organizations of your choosing.
2. Bigger Game Certified Trainer. Graduates of the Train the Trainer program are permitted to lead the 2-Day Workshop and the Half-Day Training through a license agreement.

Copyright and intellectual property laws protect our teaching processes, the Bigger Game content, the 2-Day Workshop, and the Half-Day Training. Only It’s All Made Up, inc. (IAMU), and those certified by IAMU, are permitted to deliver our Workshop and Training.
We realize that not everyone wants to become certified to lead the Bigger Game, and yet there is great hunger from past workshop participants to share what they’ve learned in the Bigger Game Workshop.
To that end, we have created a structure that encourages you to share the Bigger Game with others:
- Any person is encouraged to share the Bigger Game Board & Descriptions with groups and/or organizations of their choosing. We encourage you to include this information in your existing presentations, trainings, speeches, etc.
- We ask that you don't call your existing presentation or training The Bigger Game. The Bigger Game name is trademarked, and can only apply to The Bigger Game Workshop delivered by IAMU and our certified trainers.
- You are free to download and print the Bigger Game Whitepaper and Bigger Game Board & Descriptions from our website. These documents can be found on this web page.
- We encourage you to purchase the Bigger Game reference laminate for each person you share the Bigger Game with. This is not required, and yet we feel that this will aid you in sharing the Bigger Game.
- We ask workshop graduates not to share exercises from the actual workshop and/or duplicate materials from the Bigger Game Playbook.
- Please give attribution to It’s All Made Up, inc., both verbally and on any materials you might distribute. The following information should be included on all distributed materials:

If you are interested in becoming a certified trainer, we offer the Bigger Game Train the Trainer program on a yearly basis. The following criteria apply:
- A graduate of the Bigger Game 2-Day Workshop.
- Complete the on-line application.
- Participate in the five (5) day Train the Trainer Program, held in Silver Bay, NY.
Successful candidates are able to enter into a license agreement with IAMU Inc., and will be permitted to deliver the Bigger Game 2-Day Workshop, as well as the Bigger Game Half-Day Training. While it is our intent to certify all of our Train the Trainer participants, please note that you are not automatically granted “certified” status by enrolling in the program. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate a complete understanding of the Bigger Game and how it works. If you are not granted certified status, a full refund of your Train the Trainer program fee (minus housing/living expenses) will be refunded. Please know that it is our desire and intent to grant everyone certified status if they attend the Bigger Game Train the Trainer program!
The next Train the Trainer will be held in May 2010, at Silver Bay YMCA of the Adirondacks in Silver Bay, NY. If you are interested in attending, please complete the on-line application. Please note that enrollment is strictly limited, and not everyone who applies will be asked to attend. Pre-requisites include: a graduate of the Bigger Game Workshop, proven front-of-the-room leadership experience, and a strong desire to lead the Bigger Game program.

Program Fee: $2,400.00 USD
Upon acceptance into the program, a deposit of $600 USD is required. Payment can be made by credit card or check payable to: It’s All Made Up, inc. Please note that your deposit becomes non-refundable three (3) months prior to the start of the program.
Housing Fee:
Housing and meals are in addition to the program fee, and are payable directly to Silver Bay. Please note that you must contact Silver Bay directly at 518.543.8833 or www.silverbay.org to reserve your room, and be sure to mention the Bigger Game room block.
Upon completing the program, you will be given the Bigger Game Trainer's Kit, which includes all the necessary items to successfully produce and deliver your own Bigger Game trainings.
Please note that Bigger Game Certified Trainers are NOT employed by It’s All Made Up, inc. IAMU in no way guarantees employment to any individual who completes our Train the Trainer program. Individuals seeking certification should be those select entrepreneurs, who are eager, willing and able to market, produce and deliver their own 2-Day Workshops and/or Half-Day Trainings to businesses and organizations of their choosing. Certified Trainers will obtain a License Agreement with It’s All Made Up, inc.
License Agreement at a Glance – A license agreement will be required for each 2-Day Workshop and/or Half-Day Training that you deliver. Course materials (full-color playbook, rubik's cube, laminate) must be purchased from IAMU, inc. and an IP (Intellectual Property) fee must be paid for each person you train.
Materials Fee
- 2-Day Workshop — $35 USD per participant.
Price includes the Bigger Game full-color playbook, rubik's cube, and reference laminate for each participant. - Half-Day Training — $15 USD per participant.
Price includes the Bigger Game full-color handout and reference laminate for each participant.
In addition, shipping charges for the above-mentioned course materials will be invoiced to you at cost.
Intellectual Property Fee
In addition to the above-mentioned Materials Fee, certified trainers are required to pay 5% of their workshop gross receipts to IAMU, inc. as an Intellectual Property Fee. You are free to determine your own workshop rates. Please feel free to contact us should you require additional information.
